FAQs
Can I order KANHA directly from this website?
You can purchase our products by clicking Order Now on our website or by visiting any of the following retail platforms: weedmaps.com. eaze.com, and iheartjane.com
We cannot ship cannabis-derived THC products through our website due to legal restrictions. You can purchase our products in a state-licensed dispensary or cannabis delivery service.
Can I get a refund, credit or exchange?
Unfortunately since all of our gummies are only able to be purchased through dispensaries, we’re not able to issue refunds. It is up to the dispensary you purchased the products from to issue refunds, credits or exchanges.
Why didn’t the edibles work?
Everyone’s body is different, so the effects of our products aren’t going to be identical for every person. Some people only need a very tiny amount to get strong effects from edibles, while others need to consume a lot to feel anything. Unfortunately, in some rare circumstances, edibles just don’t work. One of the main reasons edibles aren’t working is due to genetic variations in liver enzymes. You can read more about the reasons why edibles might not work for you here: https://weedmaps.com/news/2021/08/why-dont-edibles-work-for-me/
Why did I have a horrible response to/get sick from your gummies?
While our gummies are safe for the top most common allergens, there are some less common allergens in our products that could cause a reaction. Please consult with a medical professional to see if you have any allergies.
Why was my package short of a few gummies?
We’re so sorry to hear that your package was short. We use a packaging machine that fills and seals all of our packages. Though it’s accurate the vast majority of the time, it’s not always perfect. Please send us a picture of the back of the package with the batch ID and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Do you use pesticides in your products?
We only use oil where pesticides are at an undetectable level. We have a zero-tolerance pesticide policy, which includes:
- pesticides & herbicides
- mycotoxins
- heavy metals
- microbials
- foreign material
- solvents
What does “triple-lab tested” mean?
The oils we purchase for our products are first tested by our vendors. Once we get the oils, we perform an independent test. Once the products are made, we send our products to a third-party lab to be tested again.
Can I have a friend buy your product in CA, NV, MA or IL and mail it to me in another state?
We are sorry, but the current federal regulations do not allow shipping of cannabis products across state lines. Stay tuned as we expand into new regions!
Our hemp products are available to be shipped to most other states. See where we can ship our hemp products here: https://kanhalife.com/where-we-ship/
Does KANHA have plans to sell products in my state?
KANHA is expanding globally! Subscribe to our emailing list and check out https://kanhalife.com/where-we-ship/ to see when our products will be available in your state.
Why is there so much “air” in the bags?
During the packaging process – each bag is flushed with nitrogen just before they are sealed – the nitrogen flush displaces/removes oxygen from the package. Minimizing the oxygen in the package extends the shelf life and increases the integrity and quality of the product. The nitrogen flush also makes the bags puffy which works to protect the gummies from being crushed or damaged during transport.
How do you make your vegan gummies?
Our vegan gummies are all natural and are formulated with pectin powder, agar, and locust bean gum – an alternative to animal based gelatin powder.
Does KANHA perform Category 4 testing?
Yes we do. We’re proud to be one of the first brands to adopt Category 4 testing for all KANHA products in California. You can read more about our commitment to Category 4 testing and ensuring the safety of our products here: https://kanhatreats.com/clean-cannabis-kanha-commits-to-category-4-testing/

I have Celiac disease. Do you or your vendors process gluten in your facilities?
In Nevada, Illinois, Massachusetts and Thailand, neither ourselves nor our vendors process gluten in our facilities. You shouldn’t have any issues!
In California, none of our vendors for our gummies process gluten in their facilities and we don’t use gluten in our gummies. However, the vendors we get the chocolate from for our Minis chocolate bites process gluten in their facilities. The Minis themselves don’t contain gluten, but the chocolate we use could have come in contact with gluten at some point in production at our vendor’s facility. We produce the Minis in a completely separate area from the gummies and we store the ingredients there, so there shouldn’t be any issues with cross-contamination with the gummies. We also perform rigorous allergen testing before producing a new batch of products. We still strongly recommend consulting with a medical professional before consuming our products so you don’t get sick.

KANHA NANO features the best fast-acting technology in cannabis, and we’re happy to prove it. The following are some of our most frequently asked questions.
How do we know KANHA NANO works?
Peer-Reviewed Science: Molecules, a leading peer-reviewed science journal, tested KANHA’s nanotech and found it delivers superior absorption, reliable results and the fastest onset times.
Only Proven Nanotech: No other cannabis brand has peer-reviewed published studies that show its nanotech products actually work, let alone come close to our performance marks.
Globally Tested Safety: Global CPG giants doing billions in monthly sales have utilized the same nanotech for decades, highlighting its long history of safe and effective use.
What benefits did the peer-reviewed science journals validate?
Maximum Absorption: 440% increase in cannabinoid and terpene absorption that delivers 80% to 90% total absorption rates, compared to 20% to 30% for many competitor brands.
Faster Onset Times: 300% faster absorption speeds that allow consumers to experience the cannabinoid and terpene effects in a matter of minutes.
Best Bioavailability: Superior bioavailability – i.e., the amount of cannabinoids absorbed into the bloodstream and that have an active effect – without equal in the cannabis market.
All-Around Better Performance: To quote the study directly, the technology in KANHA NANO demonstrated “significant improvement for all determined pharmacokinetic parameters.”
What do these benefits mean for consumers?
More for Less: Consumers experience more cannabinoids and terpenes for their money, which is particularly important for health and wellness consumers seeking benefits from more than just THC.
Safety and Confidence: KANHA NANO consumers experience the effects within minutes, which helps new and casual consumers avoid taking too much.
Consistently Reliable: With 5mg and 10mg options, our nanotech gummies feature precision dosage and consistency backed by third-party testing.
More Control: KANHA NANO cannabinoids move through the gastrointestinal tract more quickly for faster elimination times, giving consumers the option to enjoy shorter experiences or to extend the ride.
What makes KANHA’s nanotech different from its competitors?
Natural Approach: KANHA NANO pre-digests the cannabinoids and terpenes to make them body ready, and aqueous contact and body temperature activate the emulsification.
Natural Benefits: The cannabinoids and terpenes are reduced to one-thousandth the size of a human cell, allowing them to float past gut enzymes for faster and greater absorption into the bloodstream.
Unnatural Competitor Tech: Competitor brands often use high-pressure systems to crush cannabinoids into less-stable pieces that lack consistency and a convincing safety profile.
Unchecked Competitor Claims: A lack of regulations allows other brands to make unchecked marketing claims without peer-reviewed scientific validation.
Risks of Unproven Claims: Without proper validation of their nanotech products, competitor brands risk treating their consumers like lab rats.
Why is KANHA the leader in cannabis nanotech?
Nano Pioneers: KANHA led the industry with the first-ever nanotech product in 2015.
Science Oriented: KANHA has one of the industry’s only CEOs with a molecular biology and science background, which includes owning and operating a molecular biology community lab for years.
Better Taste: With exceptional flavor profiles, KANHA NANO is widely considered the best-tasting nanotech gummy in the market, while many competitor products taste bitter.
Reputation: Building on its reputation as one of the most trusted brands, KANHA offers the only cannabis nano backed by published peer-reviewed science and a decades-long safety profile.
